Zenbananas is a collection of thoughts, stories, anecdotes and poetry that have helped me in my personal spiritual journey.

Many of the stories are traditional tales but I have taken the liberty of retelling them in my own words and in my own style. I take no credit for the originality of the recipes (except for the unattributed essays). But I have cooked the food, added a dash of my own spices and served them to you in my own way.
